Less active spaces benefit from patrols and perimeter checks, like industrial spaces and warehouses, taking place at strategically chosen times.

How Many People are on the Site?

Places with demand for a visitor log and access control due to high visitor volumes need a much different security solution than a site with low workforce volume, such as an internal monitoring system to track workforce movements.

How Do Work Patterns and Peak Times Change?

Risk coverage should be built to manage daily security challenges that aren’t the same every time of day, often changing even on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis. AMG Security is built to create coverage plans for every work pattern to ensure risk is never unmonitored.

Sensitivity of Restricted Areas

The risk in different areas of the facility may change. Some areas need full encapsulation because of high risks. This includes server rooms, pharmacy storage, finance floors, executive floors, and data centres. In the site assessment, we identify these areas and select the best protection measures based on how sensitive they are.

Guard Placement and Control at the Site

Guards positioned at site entrances improve security outcomes. AMG Security considers duty priorities and site layout to assign security officers. Security companies assign guards to areas for continuous surveillance or frequent patrol. This is based on traffic volume and site risk level. This keeps the entire site under surveillance. It avoids focusing on or placing guards in low-risk areas.

We plan each officer’s role and control area. We also design their reporting needs strategically. This reduces role ambiguity, increases focus, and speeds response. Guards who are properly positioned and briefed on their coverage areas are much more effective than those who are not directed.
